Something I just recently found out about despite having played for so long; if you have certain rings equipped in a certain order, you get passive bonuses.

Angel Set(+2 Luck): Solar Rays, Healing Halo, Hunter's Bow, Wish
Athlete Set (Debuff Immunity): Bump, Turtle, Fitness, Taunt
Chef Set (+70 Dodge): Knife Sharpen, Meat, Pot Lid, Hack
Demon Set (+2Hp Regen): Fire Rain, Teflon Spray, Iron Will, Scaredy Cat
Medic Set (+48 Speed): Adrenaline, Bandage, Defibrillate, Diagnose

I have a question.. I just logged in my account after knowing that zOMG is back. I noticed that I don't earn money by killing monsters just like the previous version. Why is that?

Your Overall Charge Level is based on the CL of your rings. Like Forever Floofman said... you probably need to lower your CL. You can do this by clicking on Menu and then Change Level. You should be able to click on the window where the level display number is and enter your desired level manually.

Village Greens: CL 1-1.9
Bill's Ranch: CL 1.8-2.6
Dead Man's Pass: CL 2.2-2.9
Zen Gardens: CL 2.8-4.0
Bassken Lake: CL 4.2-5.0
Buccaneer Boardwalk: CL 5.0-6.0
Old Aqueduct: CL 5.0-6.0
The Hive: CL 8+ (This is area is scaled to the highest level CL in your crew)
Gold Beach: CL 6.0-7.0
Otami Ruins and Cliffs: CL 7.0-8.0
Shallow Sea: CL 8+
Dead Man's Shadow: CL 10+

Note: you can only change your CL back to normal in Null.

DMS/Needing Crew

its hard to get a crew in YM, if you stay in DMP for a few hours you can get a crew and teach you how to play in DMS. Also there are threads that is very useful for you to get familiar with before getting into crew.

Also I think if you say that you are new to DMS for those who are looking for a YM run they can provide you info(if they have time) But for now try reading info first from these threads:
